General Information

Here you will find the information needed for your event! Please read through everything and if you have any questions we are here to help!

Choosing your menu

In order to keep things running smoothly, we suggest a certain amount of menu items to serve depending on the amount of people per party.

Serving Time

Our servicing time is usually 1 hour – 1 hours and 30 minutes. This can be negotiable For large events.

Our arrival time is between 30 min. – 1 hr. to prepare for the event.

All food items are served off the truck (with the exception of rare/special occasions). Please keep in mind that the height of the truck is 11.5 ft. tall and 8 ft. wide.

Other things to keep in mind

**We require a final count of people and final menu choices NO LATER than 7 days prior to the event.**
We require 50% deposit at booking of event to reserve the date and time.

Deposit and Refund policy:
Cancellations 7 days prior to the event will be refunded 100% of the deposit.

Addtional Fees:

  • Service Fee: A 20% service fee will be applied to all catering orders.
  • Travel Fee: A $100 travel fee applies to all events.
