In order to keep things running smoothly, we suggest a certain amount of menu items to serve depending on the amount of people pert party.
Our serving time is usually 1.5 hrs. This can be negotiable depending on the type of event.
Our arrival time is between 30 min. – 1 hr. to prepare for the event.
All food items are served off the truck (with the exception of rare/special occasions). Please keep in mind that the height of the truck is 11.5 ft. tall and 8 ft. wide.
We require a final count of people and final menu choices NO LATER than 3 days prior to the event.
We always bring 10 – 15% extra food, in case more guests show up!
